Ziflow Proofing for Shop Drawings

Locate PDF of drawings you want to post. Locate email addresses for each stakeholder.

Point web browser to oldcitymillwork.ziflow.io

User name: design@oldcitymillwork.com

Password: Lumber901

Click green button “+ Create Proof”

Drop PDF or browse to find shop drawing

Double click and edit name of project at top of window. Look for “Create Proof:” 

Add stakeholder’s email address in the Workflow section and assign permissions. Be sure to select one user as the “Decision” maker… typically the owner or GC. Deselect “Decision” for Old City user. We manage, others decide.

Important: Use the pull-down menu under Notifications and select “Daily digest”

Scroll down to bottom and select “Allow download of the original file”

Click green button “Create” to start the upload. Users will receive email when proof is available for comments.
