Page Numbering

Consider using a numbering system like architectural drawings (U.S. National CAD Standard)? We are having a hard time coordinating customers when we say Sheet 01 and they are looking at Sheet 001. Happens quite often. Perhaps the following might work:

000 Coversheet
100 Plan views (copies of floorpans from contract documents)
200 Elevations
300 Sections
400 Finish Schedule

Here is an article I found informative.

Reference Tags
It’s difficult to discuss details with a stakeholders when reference numbers are missing from some of the pages. Not sure what the hyphen we currently use signifies but being able to call out a detail by alpha/numeric would be most helpful. Ex: detail 7 on sheet 209 or section C on sheet 301.

Scale
I like how we stick to similar scales from page to page. On details, I’m hoping we could restrict the scale so they don’t fill the whole page for just one item. Maybe it’s more judicious use of “full size."
