Rework Response Team

The purpose of the Rework Response Team (RRT) is two fold:

1    Accurately and urgently correct defective work

2    Develop measures to eliminate future issues

The Team will work collaboratively through three phases of a response -Assessment, Corrective, Improvement. A check list for each phase has been created to ensure thoroughness and accountability.

When is the RRT is required? Whenever an issue will require more than
