Merging Duplicate Contact Cards

If more than one contact card exists for the same contact, the cards will need to be merged into one card.


The contact cards open in Kanban view but will need to be changed to List view to enable the merge.

Change to List view by clicking on the 3 lines to the right of your screen.

Once you have the cards in List view, click on the little box to the left of 'Name' in the upper left corner (this action groups the cards for merging).


Then, click on the 'Action' button at the top, middle of your screen.


From the drop-down menu, click on 'Merge'.


Give Odoo a few seconds for the merge to complete.


After the merge is complete, you should only see one contact card for the company or individual.
