Create Odoo Quote from Excel Data

• Open Excel file

• In Odoo CRM, select opportunity and click create ‘New Quotation’ button

• Enter delivery address, if applicable

• Enter name of job in ‘Reference’ field

• Click ‘Add a product’ and type ‘cabinet’

• Select which type of product you need: Full Overlay or Inset

• In pop up Configurator window, select desired options

• Leave ‘Quantity’ set to ‘1’ and enter Millwork subtotal from Excel into Unit Price field

• Click “Add a product’ and type ‘installation’

• Leave ‘Quantity’ set to ‘1’ and enter ‘Labor, Delivery & Installation’ from Excel into Unit Price field 

• Remember that Delivery & Installation are not Taxable, so remove TN Sales Tax if necessary

• Confirm Total in Odoo matches Contract Total in Excel

• Click SAVE in Odoo. Close Excel file.
