Continuation Sheets for Monthly Billing
On the 15th of each month, create a report of which projects should be reviewed for progress billing.
Open the Project module, select #Work Preparation
From the Favorites pull-down menu, select 'Continuation Sheets'
Click the View List button on the right
Click the Export All button on the left, next to the Create button
From your local Downloads directory, open the spreadsheet
Delete unnecessary columns, leaving only the Title and the Customer colunns
Add new row at top of list, and enter name of month and the word 'Billing'. (ex: December Billing)
Adjust column widths so all data is displayed on one line
Print and save a PDF of this report for reference
Provide a copy to each person named on the report
Follow up with each person 48 hours later for their completed Continuation Sheets
